We’re excited to host Steinway Artist Zoya Shuhatovich, an internationally acclaimed pianist who has performed at venues such as London’s St. Martin-in-the-Fields and the Great Hall in Tallinn, and for leaders including President Clinton and members of the Spanish Royal Family. Join us for an unforgettable afternoon featuring Romantic Era masterpieces by Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin, performed on our beautiful Steinway. All are welcome to this free event!

Join us for our second annual MDUMC Pickleball Tournament! Hosted by our youth ministry, this fun-filled event supports the Jennie and Mike Baker Youth Scholarship Fund, helping us award scholarships to deserving high school seniors. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, teams of two will be placed into age divisions for friendly competition, with each team guaranteed at least three games, a custom MDUMC pickleball shirt, and plenty of fun. Not a player? You can still get involved by sponsoring or donating!

Gather in the Library on Main Campus

Experience Freeform Contemplative Walking, a practice of opening to the Holy Spirit while walking in nature. The class includes a brief introduction, a guided walk through the Edith Moore Nature Center, and a closing reflection in the library.

No experience required, but participants should be comfortable walking on uneven trails. Led by Mark Antley, author of Seeking the Presence of God through Contemplation, Prayer, and Worship. Journals encouraged. All are welcome!

Known for modeling curiosity, empathy, and honest dialogue across differences, Sarah and Beth create space for conversations that reflect our call to love God and love our neighbor—especially when navigating complex cultural and political topics.
