Jazzercise

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 9 - 10 AM | Gym
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 9 - 10 AM | Scout Hut

Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program blends jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing into one fun & effective workout! The in-class soundtrack includes a wide variety of today's best music to keep you motivated and distract you from the burn. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy to follow. Every class, you can expect a warm-up, an aerobic workout, a muscle toning & strengthening segment (using weights or resistance bands), and a stretch to get you out the door. Hand weights are provided, but please bring your own mat, supportive workout shoes, and water! If you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility, come join us today!

Street Hikers

Looking to stay active and beat the heat? Join our Street Hikers group for a weekly indoor walk at Memorial City Mall! All are welcome to get their steps in and enjoy good company. The group meets at the Carousel near the food court every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. For more information, contact Bruce at bmadison9487@gmail.com.
