Jazzercise

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 9 - 10 AM | Gym

Jazzercise is a calorie-torching, hip-swiveling, Shakira’d-be-proud dance party workout to put your abs to the test, with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Our classes— Dance Mixx, Interval, Fusion, Core, Strike, and Strength — will leave you breathless, toned and coming back for more. We offer LO Impact classes with High Intensity for those needing less stress on their joints. Start working it…with Jazzercise. Bring water, a sweat towel, a mat (hand weights and resistance tubing provided).

Women’s Fitness Class

Bootcamp for Moms
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 9:30 - 10:30 AM (childcare provided) | MDUMC Gym
$15 per class (includes childcare)

This class is a high energy, moderate impact fitness class conducted by Mandy Kirshman every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30 – 10:30 AM in the MDUMC Gym. Mandy offers fun and challenging classes that anyone can begin regardless of their current fitness level. She also closes each class with a short meaningful devotional to help send participants off with a word of encouragement and hope for their day. Street Hikers

Single adults welcome everyone to walk the streets of the neighborhood across from the church.  They meet in the Rummel Creek Elementary parking lot and walk about 2.5 miles or 50 minutes.  For more information, contact Sheri Kelley.

Walk in the Park

Single adults welcome everyone to walk Terry Hershey Park on the second Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM.  Contact Vickie Warzyniak for more information.
