Opportunities to Serve at CrossWalk Houston

We need YOU to take the love of Christ and MDUMC outside our walls and into our community. 

The success of this ministry stems from the love and faithfulness of our Lord, the financial support of our church and members like you and the devotion of so many volunteers. Currently we have classes 6 days a week. We have a waiting list of students who would like one-to-one time with a volunteer to help with reading or writing. There is also a need to aid adults with employment applications.

The time commitment of our volunteers is extremely flexible. Prayerfully consider serving our community as a CrossWalk volunteer. You will be richly rewarded. Complete the volunteer form on our webpage or email SeanKennedy@mdumc.org.

“…I enjoy working with our students. I taught English to an advanced ESL group of women who ranged from housewives to lawyers. Currently I have been teaching basic education to a variety of students.
