Celebrate OGDOS

On Saturday, March 3rd, 650 of us gathered for breakfast, shared in fellowship and prayer, divided into groups, and went to work on 25 projects around both our campuses and in the community.

Word on the Street bags were filled, Backpack Blessings and Soupmobile Lunches were packed, both worship spaces were cleaned, our library was organized, and 10,000 meals were packed with Rise Against Hunger – just to name a few projects done on our campuses.

Outside our walls, spring flowers were planted at Hollibrook, and Thornwood Elementary schools. We helped with projects at two different food banks, painted walls at CrossWalk Houston, and worked to mend some damage left by Harvey. It is amazing what can be done when we work together to “just serve.”

Thanks be to God for the work done around our church and in our community on this truly great day of service.
